I proposed the concept of a crab mascot as a captivating visual embodiment of our brand.
The purpose of this mascot is to engage with users in a delightful and approachable manner, while addressing the issue of incomprehensible error messages that often confuse non-developers.
By employing the crab mascot, we aim to transform this potentially negative user experience into a positive and enjoyable one, enabling users to easily grasp and comprehend error messages and next steps.
For these error message, the illustration was animated to translate in a fun way the frustration of not finding what the user is looking for.
The animations were created in after effect, exported as jason with bodymovin, tested and added in the app with lottie.

InterviewAce is an app created for charity to help young people to prepare themselves for interviews.
Stakeholders wanted to re-design the current app that was poorly created.
Wireframes were provided by the UX designer and I re-designed the whole UI using flat design illustrations to improve product impression and experience.
